In A Sauce Pan Combine:
2c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa (maybe a little less, depending on how chocolatey you want your cookies
1/2c. milk
mix well and add a stick of butter. Bring to a boil and start timing when it starts to bubble. Boil for 3 minutes.
Add:
1c. peanut butter
1T vanilla.
2c. of Quick oats
Mix well and spoon onto wax paper.
This usually won't make it an hour, grab a spoon and enjoy!
Note: This can easily turned into a gluten free desert, just make sure to get gluten free oats. Are oats not already gluten-free you ask? Oats are processed normally a year after wheat, they use the same fields, tools etc. in result they are filled with gluten.
