I Love this recipe, it's easy to prepare, great to eat and easy to clean up! :-) Okay, so for my family I used a lot more potatoes than maybe you would so I cut this recipe in half :-)
Cut four/five potatoes into quarters.
Put them in a baking pan.
Cover them in Parmesan cheese, half a stick of butter slices and Caesar salad dressing (Kraft is my favorite!)
Pop them into the oven at 375F and let them bake until they are soft. Mine took 25-30 minutes but I had more potatoes!
(This is gluten free just make sure to check that dressing! :-)

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies (aka My Favorite!)
In A Sauce Pan Combine:
2c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa (maybe a little less, depending on how chocolatey you want your cookies
1/2c. milk
mix well and add a stick of butter. Bring to a boil and start timing when it starts to bubble. Boil for 3 minutes.
Add:
1c. peanut butter
1T vanilla.
2c. of Quick oats
Mix well and spoon onto wax paper.
This usually won't make it an hour, grab a spoon and enjoy!
Note: This can easily turned into a gluten free desert, just make sure to get gluten free oats. Are oats not already gluten-free you ask? Oats are processed normally a year after wheat, they use the same fields, tools etc. in result they are filled with gluten. (I recommend Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free, it can be found at any nutrition/vitamin store, the local gluten free section of your grocery or online http://bobsredmill.com/home.php?cat=112)

Hiya! Glad you stopped by!
Hi Friend! :-)
My name is Chelsea, but I'm often referred to as "Janie" (especially by my siblings.) I'm a conservative sixteen years old and an incoming junior. I'm the second oldest of ten children (and counting?) What it all comes down to is I can clean, sew, take care of lots of kids but I simply love to cook/bake! I thought that through this blog I could share my favorite recipes, stories and tips. I'm no where close to an expert, just a sister, daughter and friend with constant opportunities to learn! Hope you enjoy!!!
Just a note that throughout my future blog posts you may see the term "gluten-free" a lot. I've tried to learn how to cook without flour, barley, malt etc. because my mom and two sisters have a large gluten-intolerance.
